Red Rock Resorts (Station Casinos) received final regulatory approval today 9/22/16 for their acquisition of the Palms Casino.

Red Rock Resorts Inc., parent company of Station Casinos, is acquiring the Palms Casino. Subject to regulatory approval, the deal should close in the 3rd quarter. News article here.

As of 10/2/15 the machines in the east end of the casino have been reinstalled. They were removed for a few days to make room for a private event. Did not see any paytable changes.
