The rooms are lousy. The walls are thin. The place reeks of smoke. It's a glorified Motel 6. But the restaurants are a bit above average. Fellini's, where I ate last evening, is one of the best upscale Italian bistros in town. Billy Bob's (temporarily located near Roxy's due to renovation) is one of the better steakhouses in town. I think the buffet is at or near the top in quality and selection, and the cheap price puts it over the top.

Others may not care for it but we believe Sam's Town is a good choice. FPDW in 10c and 25c plus 10/7 DB, Sam's special Bonus Deuces, numerous 25c progressives (sometimes positive), Super Aces. A decent buffet, movie theatre, small pool, nice bowling alley, live music (Country), monthly room offers with some type of special bonus - Cashback is poor but for a tourist the room offers are worth more. It only seems to take about $3000 coin in per day to keep the offers coming.
