There are three casinos in Council Bluffs; Ameristar, Harrah's and Bluffs Run (owned by Harrah's). There are no Video Poker at Bluffs Run so sctatch that one. The last time we were in Harrah's (several months ago) there were NO full pay VP. This may have changed but I doubt it given Harrah's track record at other casinos. Ameristar is just down the street (both are located just off I-29) and has a few full pay machines. There is a bank of 25 cent 9/6 DDB progressive on the second floor. They are very popular and get lots of play; hard to find a seat on the weekends. Also on the second floor are a half dozen or so dollar 9/6 JoB.
